Jacqueline French serves as an Account Coordinator at Imagine This since November 2023. Previously, Jacqueline held multiple roles at NextGen Healthcare from September 2013 to June 2018, including EDI Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing EDI Operations and adjusting policies as necessary; EDI Systems Analyst Team Lead, tasked with creating and implementing support tools and training materials; and EDI Systems Analyst, focusing on managing EDI implementations and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to NextGen, Jacqueline was Operations Supervisor at QBE FIRST from October 2012 to September 2013, overseeing customer satisfaction and team development. Additionally, Jacqueline worked as Project Manager at MeridianLink from October 2011 to October 2012, managing multiple software implementations for financial institutions. Jacqueline began a career as a Business Analyst at Sterling National Corp. from July 2004 to September 2007, collaborating with departments to improve system efficiency and compliance.
