Jack Heiting has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jack started their career at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where they served as an Account Manager and later as a Delivery Management Technician. In these roles, they managed client accounts and content providers, facilitated digital content deliveries, and troubleshooted technical issues. Jack then joined Company 3 as a Revenue Analyst/Sales Operations, where they oversaw financial forecasting, maintained client data, and implemented workflow optimization processes. Currently, Jack is working at Wurl as a Technical Account Manager and has previously held the positions of Client Success Manager and Senior Client Success Manager.

Jack Heiting attended Loyola Marymount University from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Business Law.
