Troy Magruder has a robust background in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at WTI Inc. since January 2018. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Plant Supervisor at National Bevpak, a division of Shasta Beverages, Inc., from December 2012 to December 2017. Troy's experience also includes serving as Production Supervisor at Fieldale Farms Corporation from February 2010 to December 2012 and as Production Superintendent at AdvancePierre Foods from 2008 to 2010.
