At Thomas Cook, they were the Head of HR (Operations). Tracy has also worked as a Director at Populai Consultancy Ltd.
Tracy Hodgkiss has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from Staffordshire University. Tracy also has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources (HR) from Telford University and another MSc degree in Human Resources Development (HRD) from the University of Wolverhampton. Tracy also obtained the CIPD certification and additional certifications in Hay evaluation methodology, psychometric testing, strategic HRD and organizational change, and project management from UIC.
