Caitlyn Pohl has worked in the field of human resources for several companies. Caitlyn started their career as a Human Resource Specialist at Americollect in September 2014 and worked there until July 2019. In July 2019, they joined TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION, INC. as a Human Resources Generalist and stayed with the company until July 2022. Currently, Caitlyn is working at WST Fab, LLC, where they initially started as a Human Resources Generalist in July 2022 and subsequently became the Human Resources Lead in June 2023.

Caitlyn Pohl, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Studies, with a minor in Business Administration, from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Lakeshore Technical College between 2015 and 2017. In March 2023, Caitlyn obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
