Jennifer Forgie is an experienced professional in talent development and engagement, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent & Engagement at Terex Corporation since July 2013. Prior roles at Terex include Director of Global Talent Development and Engagement and Senior Manager of Talent Development and Engagement. Prior to joining Terex, Jennifer was Managing Partner at OnPoint Consulting from March 2006 to November 2011, where focus was on business development and consulting projects aimed at bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Additionally, Jennifer served as a Senior Consultant at Right Management Consultants from 1998 to 2006. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Yale University, earned from 1991 to 1995.
