Jonathan Edwards has extensive experience in service improvement and project management, currently serving as a Service Improvement Manager at Wrexham County Borough Council since May 2010. Responsibilities include managing the Welfare reform programme, leading carbon reduction efforts, overseeing Telecare services, and acting as the lead officer for Green Deal/ECO development. Prior to this, Jonathan served as the Solar PV Project Manager, overseeing the largest Social Housing Solar PV installation scheme in the UK, successfully managing the installation of solar panels in 3,000 properties within six months. Jonathan also worked as a Performance Management Consultant at Sungard Public and held the position of Senior Performance & Improvement Officer at Wrexham County Borough Council earlier in their career. Jonathan holds a BA in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, achieved between 2002 and 2005.
