David Tozer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and programme management, primarily focused on sustainable transport and environmental management. Currently serving as Deputy Director - Strategy and Head of Land & Maritime Transport at Innovate UK since August 2017, David oversees funding initiatives for low and zero emission vehicle technologies. Prior contributions include roles as Programme Manager at WRAP and Technical Officer at the Association for Organics Recycling. David holds an MSc in Sustainable Environmental Management and a BSc (Hons) in Geography, both from the University of Plymouth.
