Chandrashekar T is a seasoned Hardware Development Manager with over 17 years of experience in new product development and delivery management. Currently serving as Sr Hardware Manager at Enphase Energy since August 2022, Chandrashekar has previously worked at Honeywell in various roles, including Hardware Engineering Manager and Project Leader for Hardware Product Design, from April 2004 to July 2022. Chandrashekar began the professional career as a Design Engineer at CG Corel, Pune, in 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a Post Graduate Diploma in DSP, VLSI, and Embedded from Government College of Engineering Pune, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from SES College of Engineering.
