Eric VanRoten is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in technical support and management. Currently serving as the IT Support Manager at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone since June 2018, Eric leads a team responsible for desktop support functions across the organization. Previous roles include Senior Desktop Support at WOW!, where responsibility included managing technical support for corporate locations and remote sites, and Senior IT Support Specialist at AdColony/Opera Mediaworks, where support was provided for over 750 local and global clients. Eric's career began at Custom Computer Specialists and included a significant tenure at Apple as a Genius, showcasing a strong foundation in hardware and software support. Eric holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Briarcliffe College and has achieved recognition for providing on-site support for high-profile clients, including the United Nations and Fordham University.
