Hans de Groot is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Managing Director IT at DELTA Fiber since July 2014. At DELTA Fiber, a key player in the Dutch telecom market, Hans oversees the IT and Security departments and has held various senior roles, including Senior Director IT and Service & Delivery Management, responsible for customer service and supply chains. Previously, Hans was a Senior VP at Acision, managing global professional and managed services, and has a rich history with LogicaCMG and CMG, where responsibilities spanned global services and customer operations. In addition to corporate roles, Hans is the owner of GrooteMaet ICT Management Consultancy, focusing on optimizing ICT service delivery. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer Sciences from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and further studies at the Anthony Fokker Polytechnic Institute.
