Mike Sward has over 15 years of experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at WOW Tech Group since April 2012. Prior to this role, Mike held positions at SMART Technologies as a Senior Manufacturing/NPI Engineer and as a Process Engineer from July 2007 to April 2012. Earlier in career, Mike worked as a Mechanical Engineer Student at SkyWave Mobile Communications from May 2005 to August 2006. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University, completed between 2002 and 2006.
