Luis Arciniegas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luis is currently employed as a Technical Operations Manager at Woven by Toyota since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Lyft as a Technical Operations Manager from January 2018 to October 2021.

Luis also has experience in the military, having served in the US Navy as part of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command from 2008 to January 2019.

Before joining the Navy, Luis worked at Uber Advanced Technologies Group as a Project Manager from August 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they played a crucial role in scaling Uber's autonomous fleet in Arizona and was responsible for onboarding over 100 autonomous vehicle drivers.

Before transitioning to the technology industry, Luis gained management experience at Dollar General as a District Manager from August 2013 to August 2014. In this role, they managed multiple stores, identified business opportunities, and ensured the delivery of superior customer service.

Luis Arciniegas has a diverse education history. Luis started their undergraduate studies at Valencia College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General. Luis then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2013. Following their bachelor's degree, Luis attended Notre Dame de Namur University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master's of Science degree in Clinical Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Luis has also earned several certifications. Luis obtained certifications in Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Ethics, and Project Management Foundations: Requirements from LinkedIn in December 2021. In December 2020, Luis completed the course "Product Management: Transforming Opportunities" offered by Stanford University. Luis also acquired certifications in Advanced Product Management: Leadership and Communication and Advanced Product Management: Vision, Strategy & Metrics from Udemy in October and September 2020, respectively.
