Lorien Lambert has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Worth Higgins & Associates since September 2016. Prior to this role, Lorien managed SnoShack from April 2012 to September 2016, overseeing inventory, cash handling, staff training, scheduling, and adapting to high-pressure situations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server at Badeaux's, where Lorien handled payments and guest interactions. Lorien holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies with a minor in English from Longwood University, graduated in 2016, and received an Advanced Diploma from Lee Davis High School in 2012.
