Jeremy Sermonia, CLSSYB, has over 17 years of experience in quality assurance and medical billing. Currently serving as Assistant Manager for RCM Quality Assurance at WorldSource, Inc. since October 2015, Jeremy has held various roles in the company, including Senior Quality Assurance Expert and Billing Account Coordinator. Prior experience includes working at MicroSourcing as an Accounts Receivable Representative and at APAC Customer Service as a Medical Insurance Representative. Jeremy earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STI College.
