Francisco Hernández Fernández has a diverse work experience in various legal and diplomatic roles.
Starting in 2015, they completed a summer internship at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen.
In 2016, they worked as a Diplomatic Assistant at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the Council of Europe.
From 2019 to 2020, they were a Research Student at the University of Luxembourg.
In 2020, they were a Legal Trainee at the European Central Bank.
In 2021, they had an internship as a Trainee at the Intellectual Property, Government Procurement, and Competition Division at the World Trade Organization. Additionally, they were a Legal Assistant at the International Law Commission.
Francisco then continued their career at the World Trade Organization in 2022, first as a Junior Legal Affairs Officer at the Intellectual Property Division, and later transitioning to the role of Legal Affairs Officer.
Francisco Hernández Fernández began their education in 2012 at the Universidad de AlmerÃa, where they pursued a degree in Grado en Derecho (Law) from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they participated in an exchange program at the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, studying Droit (Law) for one year. In 2015, they took part in an Erasmus semester at The University of Göttingen, focusing on Rechtswissenschaft (Law). Continuing their studies, from 2019 to 2020, Francisco pursued a Master of Laws - LLM degree in European Union Law and Litigation at the University of Luxembourg. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they attended the Geneva Graduate Institute, completing a Master's degree in International Law.
