Jorge Luis Salas Cuzquen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Adult & Young Adult Development at the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) since April 2022. With a strong background in education and coaching, Jorge has also been an instructor of Spanish at Peruwayna Spanish School since October 2019 and held the position of Responsable Técnico at the Asociación de Scouts de Perú from January 2020 to January 2021, where responsibilities included developing an educational project document in collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as a Monitor de Intercambio Cultural at Asociación Intercultura, where Jorge guided a group of youths during cultural exchanges in France and England, and as a Facilitator of workshops at T-Impulsa Centro de Coaching Profesional. Additionally, Jorge worked as a teacher of English and Art at the Ministry of Education of Peru and served as a Supervisor of Electronic and Electrical systems at Calidad Total Mecatronic E.I.R.L. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Education from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres and has pursued various qualifications in coaching and leadership.
