They manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission to foster personal development and social responsibility among young people. This team also focuses on securing funding, assessing project effectiveness, and liaising with National Scout Organizations to support and enhance educational programs that promote community engagement and leadership.
