Tamara Jockers has work experience starting from 2012 as an Au Pair at Cultural Care Au Pair. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Werkstudentin Sozialberatung at Diakonisches Werk Ortenau. Since 2017, they have been working at Workwise, first as a Key-Account-Managerin and currently as a Teamlead Account Management.

Tamara Jockers pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Erziehungswissenschaften with a focus on Erwachsenenbildung & Personalmanagement from 2014 to 2017 at Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg.
