Joe Popp has four years of work experience, beginning in 2017. In 2017, they worked as a PC Repair Technician at CBC Computing. In 2018, they worked as an ITSC Support Desk Technician at Waukesha County Technical College. In 2020, they worked as a Help Desk Support Engineer at Technology Resource Advisors, Inc. Currently, they are working as an IT Systems Engineer and Support Engineer at Worksighted.

Joe Popp obtained an Associate's degree in IT Network Security from Waukesha County Technical College between 2017 and 2020. In January 2023, they obtained a certification from Microsoft in MD-100: Windows Client.
