Slava Rykhva has worked in various roles in the IT industry over the past 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as an IT Support and DB Developer at Materialise. Two years later, they moved to Waterproof as an Implementations and Integrations consultant and DBA. In 2004, they joined Phidias/Kiev as a Senior Implementations Consultant. In 2006, Slava Rykhva became a FLEXCUBE consultant at Kvazar-Micro Techno. In 2009, they moved to Sitronics IT as a Seniour Consultant. In 2011, they began working at DATAS Technology (till 01/01/2015 operated under the name EGAR Technology Ukraine) as Head of Banking Solutions Department. Finally, in 2018, Slava Rykhva joined Digital Edge Ventures as an Information Technology Security Engineer.

Slava Rykhva obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from ICU between 1997 and 2001.
