John Scallon is an experienced professional in customer success and corporate training, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Workiva since January 2016. Prior roles at Workiva include Team Manager for Enterprise Customer Success, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Scallon has also held the position of Corporate Training Manager at Van Wall Equipment in 2015 and worked with John Deere from January 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities included representing the technology segment to the dealer network and creating educational displays about agriculture. Scallon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Iowa State University between 2010 and 2014.
