Elizabeth Koh is an experienced professional in client services and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager of APAC Client Services at Workiva since September 2018, where responsibilities include managing service deliveries and operations in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was a Senior Solutions Architect and Head of APAC Client Services at Nasdaq, contributing significantly to client adoption of board portal solutions and regional growth initiatives. With a solid background at Boardvantage, where Elizabeth played a key role in establishing operations and maintaining high client renewal rates, Elizabeth has demonstrated expertise in account management and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at Groupon and Barclays Wealth Management, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
