Yingshen Chen is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Workday since October 2024, Yingshen previously held the same title at Evisort from October 2020 to October 2024, alongside a role as Principal Software Engineer. Prior to Evisort, Yingshen worked at IT Glue as a Principal Software Engineer and Senior Front End Developer, where responsibilities included leading frontend design and implementing features in React/Redux. Yingshen started their career at Vision Critical as a Survey Programmer and has held various positions in software development across multiple companies, including Allocadia, MediaValet Inc., and Loki Systems. Yingshen holds a Diploma in Computer Information Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Sun Yat-sen University.
