Matan Shalit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple software engineering roles. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Talon.One since May 2023. Previously, they held the same role at SumUp from December 2021 to November 2022, everphone GmbH from August 2019 to December 2021, and GASTROFIX GmbH from May 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft from August 2017 to May 2018. Matan also has experience in automation development, having worked as an Automation Developer at Hexadite from November 2016 to August 2017. Matan started their career as a Test Automation Developer at Drippler from February 2016 to November 2016. Additionally, Matan has experience in software testing and quality assurance, having served as a Software Tester / Quality Lead at Round Robin LTD from September 2014 to February 2016. Before entering the software industry, Matan worked in technical support at Ness Technologies and served as a Manpower NCO in the Israel Defense Forces.

Matan Shalit began their education in 2001 at Rabin Tel Mond, where they pursued a Diploma in Economics. Matan completed this program in 2010. In 2014, they enrolled at Ness College and pursued a QA Master - ISTQB degree in the field of study of QA. Matan completed this program in 2015 and obtained certification as a QA Master from Ness college in March of that year.
