Sharon Wood MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Experience Director at Woodford & Woodford FM since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of HR Manager at IHG - International Hospitals Group from January 2019 to May 2021 and served as Group Head of HR for Carey Group plc from April 2013 to August 2018. In earlier roles, Sharon worked as HR Manager for MPG Group Ltd and as a Learning and Development Adviser at VINCI. Sharon began a career at Taylor Woodrow, where responsibilities spanned from Training Adviser to various support roles. Academically, Sharon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of West London.
