Patti Celestine has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as GM of Global Learning & Development at Phillips 66 since May 2012, where leadership of a new Learning & Development Center of Excellence has facilitated employee and leader growth. Previous roles at Phillips 66 included Talent & Organizational Strategy Leader and Director of HR for various business units, overseeing HR strategies and governance across multiple global locations. Prior to Phillips 66, Patti worked at ConocoPhillips as Director of HR for Global Marketing and HR Business Partner in US Refining. Early career experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company encompassed various HR roles with increasing responsibilities. Patti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management/Human Resources from The University of Akron.
