Melissa Oates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and real estate. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Wonderstate Coffee since August 2022, Melissa previously worked as a Real Estate Agent at Castle Realty, LLC from May 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included advising buyers on property value and assisting sellers with property enhancements. Prior to that, Melissa held the position of Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Inland: We Power Great Packaging from November 2015 to May 2019, managing payroll for 400 employees and supporting HR initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at CenturyLink as a Coordinator II and at Bay State Milling Company in Sales Support. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, awarded in 2006.
