Aida Ploskic is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as Global HR & People X Director at Perstorp Group since June 2022. Prior to this position, Aida held several key roles at AFRY from September 2014 to June 2022, including Project Leader for the Future Workplace initiative and Senior HR Business Partner for the Infrastructure Division, where responsibilities spanned multiple countries and thousands of employees. Aida's earlier experience includes HR Generalist at Pitney Bowes, HR Consultant with Vattenfall and the Swedish Armed Forces, as well as a foundational role as a Journalist and Editor. Aida's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Sarajevo and a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Iterum in Stockholm.
