Emma Ingoglia has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Emma began their career as a Waitress at the Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club, where they developed strong communication and customer service skills. Emma then worked as an Event Manager at Kalu Yala, where they created an events operation manual and enhanced the organization's publicity and culture.

Emma went on to work as an Event Planner at Core Spaces, where they planned and managed events for a student-driven community. Emma played a key role in the grand opening and move-in week of a new apartment complex.

Emma gained experience in the music industry as a Music Entrepreneur Intern at the Music Entrepreneur Conference and as a Music Industry Strategy & PR Intern at Riff Official.
