Monika Zielonka is an experienced innovation consultant with a strong background in user experience (UX) design. Currently serving as an Innovation Consultant at Monika Zielonka Innovation since September 2021, Monika leads workshops for startup incubators and accelerators, implementing programs that promote engagement and innovation. Monika also mentors startups as a judge with MassChallenge Switzerland and is the Secretary General of Women in Tech® Switzerland, focusing on closing the gender gap in STEAM fields. Previous roles include a User Experience Strategist at Philip Morris International, where a global UX strategy increased stakeholder engagement, and various positions at Webloyalty, where Monika led corporate brand design initiatives and enhanced user experience methodologies. Monika's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and multiple degrees in Fine Arts and Design.
