Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner is a highly experienced executive with a diverse background in corporate governance, legal affairs, and risk management. Currently, Anne-Gabrielle serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation, Governance, and CSR Committee at Orange, as well as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at sanef groupe. In addition, Anne-Gabrielle holds a position as a member of the Management Board at Publicis Groupe, where responsibilities include overseeing Talent Management, Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, and Risk Management. Previous roles encompass leadership positions at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, SNCF, and various advisory positions within the French government.
