William Alvarez, Jr., PharmD, BCPS, has extensive experience in the field of pharmacotherapy with a strong focus on cardiology and critical care. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Content Harmonization at Wolters Kluwer, William has held various roles since 2007, including Associate Director and Clinical Manager. Their prior experiences include serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Malone College, a Clinical Specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and a Specialty Practice Resident at The Ohio State University Medical Center. William began their career as a Staff Pharmacist and Inpatient Pharmacy Coordinator at Nationwide Children's Hospital and gained early experience as a Pharmacy Intern at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. William earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University.
