Tracy Wallace is a seasoned professional in content development and training, currently serving as the Director of Content Development and Director of Cloud at INE since June 2022. Previously, Tracy held roles as Challenge Labs Architect at Skillable and Learn on Demand Systems, and directed Microsoft content at INE from April 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included defining training portfolios and learning paths. With extensive experience as a Microsoft Trainer at Global Knowledge and as an independent software developer with Striker Technologies, Tracy also co-owned West Colebrooke Inc., focusing on software consulting and training. Tracy earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
