Alicia Simmonite is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Business Partner at Wollongong City Council since October 2021, Alicia has previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Mercer, and Senior Human Resources Advisor at WIN Corporation Pty Ltd. Prior experience includes roles at Hurstville City Council, BlueScope Steel, Sonic Healthcare, City Coast Credit Union, and South Eastern Sydney Area Health Service. Alicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Wollongong, along with a Diploma and Certificate IV in Human Resources from West Wollongong Tafe, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from HBA Learning Centres.
