Stefanie Sterzer is an experienced professional in product training and coffee competence, currently serving as Team Lead Product Training & Coffee Competence and Global Product Trainer at WMF Professional Coffee Machines since January 2018. With a background at WMF Group from January 2010 to December 2017, Stefanie contributed as Trainerin Süd / Schweiz, where responsibilities included product and sales training and the creation of training materials, and Trainerin Filialen Nord/West Deutschland, focusing on technical and behavioral training. Additionally, Stefanie held the position of Filialleiter. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Trade and Commerce from Akademie Handel e.V., completed in 2010.
