Sean McGrath has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at St. Agnes Primary School, where they provided tutoring in Mathematics and English to underprivileged students, focusing on individualized instruction. The following year, in 2015, Sean was a Creative Research Intern at Blackfin, Inc. In this role, they gained experience in conducting research and supporting creative projects. In 2016, Sean had two more internships. Sean worked at Halloran & Sage LLP as a Legal/Lobbying Intern, where they were exposed to the legislative process, tracked bills, attended meetings with legislators, and conducted research. Later that year, they joined WME (William Morris Endeavor) as a Sports Talent Agent, although the duration of this role is not specified. Sean McGrath attended St. Joseph's Preparatory High School from 2008 to 2012. Sean then went on to study Public Policy and Law, with a specialization in Environmental Policy, at Trinity College-Hartford from 2012 to 2016.
