Bill Richards serves as the Director of Communications for WKAR at Michigan State University since July 2019, after a long tenure as the Communications Manager starting in January 1993. In this role, Bill efficiently manages WKAR’s online presence and collaborates on promotional and marketing initiatives across various platforms. Prior experience includes serving as the Online Coordinator/Media Producer, Executive Producer at Telstate Audio & Video Productions, and Videographer/Editor for MSU University Relations. Bill holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, both from Michigan State University.
