Kayla Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kayla is currently a Technical Writer at Ross Video since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr Technical Writer at Shopify for a brief period in 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Kayla was a Technical Writer at Ross Video.

Before transitioning into technical writing, Kayla worked at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology as a Courseware Developer from 2015 to 2020, where they developed courseware modules and taught students how to create instructional videos and produce podcasts.
