Senior Product Marketing Manager - EMEA at Wizards of the Coast

Graham Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Graham is currently working at Wizards of the Coast as a Senior Product Marketing Manager - EMEA, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Avalanche Studios as a Senior Community Manager from August 2017 to March 2020.

From April 2017 to August 2017, Graham worked at Paradox Interactive as a Senior Community Manager before transitioning to the role of Communications Manager. As a Communications Manager, they were responsible for external communication for assigned brands, including PR, community management, and reputation management. Graham also had tasks in multiple areas such as social media, product PR, content writing, and branding.

Before Paradox Interactive, Graham worked at Ongame Network as a 2nd Line Customer Support from March 2010 to July 2013. Graham handled support queries from both B2C and B2B contacts for one of the largest online poker networks worldwide. Graham also communicated and administered incidents raised in accordance with ITIL business methodology.

Graham's experience also includes working at Blizzard Entertainment as a Games Master from May 2006 to August 2009. Graham provided customer service and community support for World of Warcraft, gaining valuable experience in providing excellent service to a large and passionate community.

Furthermore, Graham worked at Maverick Energy Ltd. from October 2002 to January 2004. Graham initially provided sales support to business contacts and later took on a regulatory role, ensuring compliance with OFGEM's regulatory requirements and managing licensing fees and forecasting. Graham also managed a team of contract staff for a bulk billing project.

Lastly, Graham started their career at Woolwich Independent Financial Advisory Services as a Sales Support/Assistant to Financial Advisors from June 2001 to May 2002. Graham was part of a support team for customers and in-house financial advisors, responsible for booking sales appointments and handling investment applications.

Throughout their varied work experience, Graham has developed expertise in community management, customer support, marketing, and regulatory compliance.

Graham Murphy attended Noadswood School from 1994 to 1998, completing their secondary education. Graham then went on to study A-Level Psychology, Law, and Sociology at Totton College from 1998 to 2000.
