Ali Knapp serves as the Head of Digital Innovation at Intertek since June 2021 and has held multiple roles at Wisetail, an Intertek Company, since March 2014, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Sales, and Director of Client Experience. In these positions, Ali Knapp has focused on client-driven product development, enhancing implementation processes, and creating tailored support tools, while also managing professional services and collaborating with development teams on project scoping and product roadmaps. Prior to Wisetail, Ali Knapp worked at Hewlett-Packard from January 2008 to February 2014 as an OEM Program Manager and also gained experience as a Packaging Engineer intern at Bausch & Lomb. Ali Knapp holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, earned in 2007.
