Luana Basaia is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as an Assistente de RH at Sou SERAC since February 2023. Prior experience includes an internship at Everymind from June 2022 to March 2023, and a role as an Estagiária de departamento pessoal at Computécnica Tecnologia in early 2022. Responsibilities in previous positions encompassed administrative routines such as point control, document management, communications via WhatsApp and Teams, payroll data entry, and employee onboarding processes. Luana began a career journey as a Jovem aprendiz at Nike between March 2018 and June 2019. Luana is pursuing education at Universidade Paulista, expected to complete in 2023.
