With responsibility for customer success and design, Layla brings a wealth of expertise to her role, including startup and academic experience at the MIT Media Lab and at the NASA Ames Research Center. She holds mastersā€™ degrees from MIT and California Polytechnic University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of California Irvine.
