Previously, Matthew held positions such as Interim Director of Laboratory Services at Northwest Health, Regional Director of Laboratory Services at Lavaca Medical Management Services, and Director of Laboratory Services at Galesburg Cottage Hospital, where responsibilities included operational oversight, process optimization, and project management. Matthew has also worked as Chief Laboratory Officer & Administrative Director at Greater Milwaukee Health Services, overseeing laboratory operations and human resource management. With extensive experience in laboratory management and quality assurance, Matthew has successfully led various initiatives, including COVID-19 response efforts and the implementation of new diagnostic technologies. Educational background includes ongoing MBA studies in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
