Michelle Ross is an experienced Managing Polymer Scientist at TSE Industries since September 2021, overseeing the Development and Analytical Lab focused on physical testing of elastomers and polymer materials. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at DePuy Synthes Companies, initially as a Senior Polymer Scientist and previously as a Scientist specializing in Tribology. Michelle's career began at DePuy Orthopaedics, where roles included Scientist in Polymer Research and Assistant Scientist in Polymer Research. Earlier experience includes working as a Lab Technician at CTS Corporation. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Indiana University South Bend, awarded from 2010 to 2014.
