Kuanysh Kairbek has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kuanysh started their career in 2014 as a 5th grade operator at Kazakhtelecom JSC, where they worked until 2015. In 2017, they joined Demola as a Team Member for a few months before moving on to Konecranes. At Konecranes, they held multiple roles, including IT Specialist Test Automation Trainee from December 2017 to February 2019, IT Specialist, SAP Testing from February 2019 to July 2022, and Summer Trainee Test Automation from May 2017 to November 2017. Recently, in 2022, they joined Wirepas as a Senior Test Automation Engineer.

Kuanysh Kairbek pursued their Bachelor's degree in Informatics from M.Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University, completing their studies between 2010 and 2014. Later, from 2015 to 2018, they enrolled at Tampere University of Technology, specializing in Communication systems and networking, and obtained their Master's degree in the same field.
