Rod Ekholm has extensive experience in engineering and telecommunications, currently serving as a Senior Business Solutions Engineer at Tait Communications since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rod worked as a Systems Solution Engineer at RACOM Corporation from January 2020 to September 2024, focusing on designing and building radio systems for public safety and industrial clients. Rod's background includes a decade at Avista, where responsibilities included network operations and maintenance as a Network Operations Engineer and installation support as a Telecommunications Technician. Further experience includes a role as a Communications Technician for Spokane County and volunteer firefighting for Spokane County Fire District 9. Rod holds a General Studies degree from Mead Senior High, attended from 1994 to 1997.
