Derrell Buk is a seasoned retail operations professional with extensive experience in both managerial and operational roles. Currently serving as the District Manager of Retail Operations at Women In Need Society since April 2021, Derrell previously held the position of Employment Services Coordinator at the same organization from July 2019 to April 2021. Prior to joining Women In Need Society, Derrell accumulated over three decades of experience at Loblaw Companies Limited, where roles included Sr. Retail Specialist in Front End Operations and Labour Management, as well as Assistant Division Manager and Front End Manager. In these positions, Derrell focused on coaching and developing teams, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence to drive sales and mitigate financial risks.
