Jon Kowalsky currently serves as the Director of Operations at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Area Supervisor at Mosaic Red Hat Group, LLC from December 2021 to August 2024, and previously at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from January 2012 to June 2021. Jon's experience also includes serving as Co-Manager at U.S. Bank from October 2010 to December 2011 and as Assistant Manager at McDonald's Corporation from June 2005 to October 2010. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University (2014-2016) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cuyahoga Community College (2007-2009).
