Troy's career began at AIB as a Customer Relations Officer, transitioning through roles that included Sales Trainer and Retail Development Specialist at Samsung. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rathmines College, completed in 2004.
